Before any watch is presented for sale, it undergoes a meticulous sales preparation watch process. Unlike many in the industry, we place a heavy focus on fully servicing our movements prior to listing. Whether it requires a watch full-service overhaul or specific aesthetic restoration, we ensure the watch is mechanically sound.

We collaborate exclusively with the very best. Our partner network consists of officially certified service centers and watchmakers certified by prestigious Maisons such as Audemars Piguet, Cartier, IWC, Omega, Patek Philippe, and Rolex. This ensures that every intervention meets factory standards.

While our primary focus is the sale of curated timepieces, our expertise extends to the maintenance of your personal collection.

Because we are watchmakers ourselves, we can quickly assess the technical situation of your watch and provide a solution or quote often within minutes. Whether you need a routine check-up or complex watch restoration, we act as your bridge to the best technical care available.

Standard Warranty

Every watch fully serviced or sold by WatchWorks comes with a broad 24-month mechanical warranty.

Extended Warranty

For select rare and high-quality timepieces with full provenance, we extend this warranty protection to 5 years.

Quartz Care

For quartz-powered models from brands such as Audemars Piguet, Cartier, Patek Philippe, or Rolex, sold by WatchWorks, we offer the first battery-service free of charge, in addition to the standard warranty.

We also provide battery replacement services for the brands listed above.
