Fresh to the market, this Nautilus 3800 represents everything that makes the mid-size version so special: timeless proportions, exceptional comfort, and that unmistakable Gérald Genta design DNA. Measuring 37.5 mm across, it strikes the perfect balance between elegance and sportiness, sitting beautifully on any wrist. The Sigma dial is a quiet mark of quality – denoted by the tiny Greek letters “σ SWISS σ” at six o’clock – signifying that the applied hour markers and hands are crafted from solid white gold. On this example, the white gold indices are filled with warmly aged Tritium, a pumpkin tone almost, showing a gorgeous patina that contrasts beautifully with the deep blue-grey dial surface. The hands were replaced during the watch’s most recent service at Chronotec, using authentic Patek components that match the original aesthetic, yet show a slight difference in lume color. The stainless steel case, famed bezel and integrated bracelet remain in unpolished condition, displaying honest, light hairlines from gentle wear but preserving their original factory finish, edges, and bevels. We chose to leave the watch unpolished intentionally – allowing it to speak for itself, just as it left Patek’s Geneva workshops in the late 1990s.

Powered by Patek’s automatic calibre 330 SC, this Nautilus delivers both precision and refinement, housed in one of the most enduring designs in watchmaking history.
