16233 Datejust NOS B&P
Every once in a while (which is like once every five years or so) a watch comes along that was gifted and ended up in a safe, or was a watch that got lost in a Rolex AD storage room or whatever, and are watches truly unworn and in NOS conditions! This is that type of watch. It’s a brand spanking new, but neo-vintage Datejust – Most likely this 16233 reference ended up in a safe right after purchase, only to be set free most recently. Due to the watch it’s storage the yellow gold of the fluted bezel and that of the center-links in the Jubilee bracelet, patinated to a fantastic warm and darker tone of gold with some small tarnishing spots on the bracelet – Love it!
Needless to say that this beauty remains in new old stock conditions with still the green 16233 Rolex sticker untouched on the casebook and the protective factory stickers inside the folding clasp still present. The two-tone Jubilee bracelet is without any stretch and is a factory, full length bracelet. Even the clasp is hard to open and it really feels as if we’re dealing with a brand new watch that left the Geneva factory yesterday. This amazing gold and steel Rolex Datejust is still accompanied by literally everything the watch was sold with back in 1995 (manufactured in 1993, sold in 1995) and everything remains in NOS conditions!
Our Rolex trained watchmakers carefully removed the movement from the case and fully service the 3135 caliber housed inside this 16233 Datejust. The watch will be sold with a 24 month warranty.
