Patek Philippe Calatrava 3919

The Patek Philippe Calatrava is a timeless wristwatch that has been in production since 1932, as a result, the model marked its 90th birthday last year. It truly is a timeless classic that exudes refinement and sophistication, and will make any watch enthusiast smile.

The white ‘Porcelaine’ dial, as mentioned on the original warranty certificate, is one of this watch’s distinguishing characteristics. Patek Philippe creates these dials using a traditional process that involves applying multiple layers of an enamel like lacquer to a metal base – The end product is a smooth and flawless glossy surface with depth and luster. The white porcelain dial is embellished with black Roman numbers and the manufacturer’s signature also printed in black. The leaf hands and subtle additional seconds-hand are reminiscent of early Calatrava designs, and with its year of production dating back to 1989, this Calatrava can already be classified as a neo-vintage specimen. The “Clous de Paris” bezel design, which is composed of small pyramids lined up in formation, is the design feature that sticks out the most and creates a beautiful glare when hit by light. The watch is worn on a fresh Patek Philippe Crocodile strap and closes around your wrist using the original 18k yellow gold PP buckle.

The internal movement is a finely finished manual-winding caliber 215PS (“PS” stands for “Petite Seconde”) ticking at 28,800 beats per hour. This movement was completely serviced by the Patek Philippe aftersales and the watch will be accompanied by the Patek Philippe after-sales pouch, hangtag, card and of course the watch’s original warranty paper, dated and signed on January 18th 1990 – This Patek Philippe Calatrava 3919 will be sold with our 24 month warranty.
